RETURN POLICY

We hope that you are fully satisfied of your purchase. If you are not, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or full refund of the purchased price via our web site. Note that the refund of your purchase will be in the original payment method (PayPal). We will accept returns by mail or by any traceable carrier. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.

If you wish to exchange only, you can visit one of our stores.

Please bring your original packing slip invoice along with you when you visit the store to exchange your item(s).

In order to exchange or return any merchandise you need to do so within 20 days of your order date, the merchandise need to be unwashed, unworn and suitable for resale. Merchandise must be ticketed in its original condition, and accompanied by the Original Packing slip invoice for the price paid.

For healthy reasons, earrings, underwear, socks, hats and other accessories are "final sale" with no possibility of refund or exchange unless the merchandise was found to be defective. 

Returning by mail

Enclose the pack slip invoice in your return package. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible. If not, please make sure to choose a packaging that will preserve the merchandise.

We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. 

We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.

All shipping costs, including those incurred for returns are non-refundable. 

We reserve the rights to refuse or hold the return process in case of any abuse or fraud alert.

Please allow 10 business days for the process of a refund and a few additional days for the bank to process the transaction.
