DETAILS FOR ONLINE AND IN-STORE PURCHASES



Non-exchangeable and non-refundable items

The following items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable:

  • Bodysuits
  • Hats
  • Socks
  • Bralettes
  • Masks
  • Visors
  • Jewelry.


Conditions for all returns, exchanges and credit

  • You must have your original receipt.
  • The labels must still be attached to the items.
  • The items have not been washed, worn, or damaged.

Final sale

Any item marked "Final Sale" is non-refundable. You can go to the store to exchange your item(s) in "Final Sale" for another size or for another item at the same price, as long as the item(s) meet the return conditions.

Return denied

*If you still decide to bring back to the store items that do not respect the above conditions, the return will be refused.
*If you still decide to send by mail the items that do not respect the above conditions, the return will be refused, and it will be your responsibility to pick up your items at Colori's head office:

ONLINE PURCHASES

Refund and conditions

You can return the items to us by mail for a refund. However, the shipping charges initially paid will not be refunded. Please note that a $5 return fee will be deducted from your refund if you use the Canada Post shipping label we provided in your package. This $5 cost is less than if you decide to pay the full price of a shipping label at the post office with any carrier. You can also purchase a return label with any carrier at your expense.


Please note that returns are for refunds only, not exchanges. You have 20 days following the date of receipt to return your items to our head office.

Under certain circumstances, we may refuse or delay a return. For example, in the case of a complaint of fraud or any form of abuse.


Sizes exchange

Please note that returns by mail are for a refund only. We do not allow the exchange option once you have returned your package. If you wish to have a different size, please place a new online order or visit one of our stores to exchange for a new size.

How to mail back an online return?

You can return the items to us by mail for a refund. However, the shipping charges initially paid will not be refunded. Please note that a $5 return fee will be deducted from your refund if you use the Canada Post shipping label we provided in your package. This $5 cost is less than if you decide to pay the full price of a shipping label at the post office with any carrier. You can also purchase a return label with any carrier at your expense.

Be sure to use packaging that will preserve the merchandise in its original condition. We are not responsible for packages not received if they were shipped via another carrier that does not have a tracking system. If you are mailing your package, postage is required. We will not accept returns of parcels that require payment for delivery to their destination. 

Steps

1. Please pack your item(s) carefully by inserting your return paper which indicates the reason for the return.

2. Please stick the return label on your package.

3. Please return the merchandise by mail to the distribution center indicated on the shipping label.

4. Please be patient. Returns take 7-10 business days to process from the time they arrive at our head office. Please note that refunds may take several business days to be reflected on your credit card account, depending on your financial institution.

You did not receive any return label?

If you have not received a return label, we invite you to send an email to info@colori.ca indicating your order number and stating that you would like to receive a return label.

IN-STORE PURCHASE

Exchanges

You can make an exchange or obtain a credit by visiting one of our stores. However, it is not possible to obtain a refund in our boutiques. You have 10 days following the date of your purchase to make an exchange.

If you wish to have a refund, you can return it to us by mail, at your expense.

Sizing exchange in store following an online purchase

You can go to one of our stores after making an online purchase to exchange sizes. You must have your web receipt.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY POLICY

All purchases made between November 25 and December 25, 2020 can be exchanged in store or can be refunded by Canada Post mail until January 6, 2021.
