ELIGIBILITY FOR A RETURN LABEL
*Only residents of Canada are eligible for a return shipping label for a refund (under certain conditions, see below to learn more).
**Any resident living in another country must pay for their own return shipping to obtain a refund.
RETURN CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE AND IN-STORE PURCHASES
Non-exchangeable and non-refundable items
The following items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable:
Conditions for all returns, exchanges and credit
- You must have your original receipt.
- The labels must still be attached to the items.
- The items have not been washed, worn, or damaged.
Any item marked "Final Sale" in the item title is non-refundable. You can go to the store to exchange your item(s) in "Final Sale" for another size or for another item at the same price, as long as the item(s) meet the return conditions.
*If you still decide to bring back to the store items that do not respect the above conditions, the return will be refused.
*If you still decide to send by mail the items that do not respect the above conditions, the return will be refused, and it will be your responsibility to pick up your items at Colori's head office:

RETURN FOR REFUND (FOR ONLINE PURCHASES)
Refund and conditions
You can return the items to our warehouse by mail for a refund. However, the shipping charges initially paid will not be refunded. Please note that a $5 return fee will be deducted from your refund if you use the Canada Post shipping label we provided in your package. This $5 cost is less than if you decide to pay the full price of a shipping label at the post office with any carrier. You can also purchase a return label with any carrier at your expense.
Please note that returns are for refunds only, not exchanges. You have 10 days following the date of receipt to return your items to our head office.
Under certain circumstances, we may refuse or delay a return. For example, in the case of a complaint of fraud or any form of abuse.
How to mail back an online return?
Be sure to use packaging that will preserve the merchandise in its original condition. We are not responsible for packages not received if they were shipped via another carrier that does not have a tracking system. If you are mailing your package, postage is required. We will not accept returns of parcels that require payment for delivery to their destination.
1. Please pack your item(s) carefully by inserting your return paper which indicates the reason for the return.
2. Please stick the return label on your package.
3. Please return the merchandise by mail to the distribution center indicated on the shipping label.
4. Please be patient. Returns take up to 14 business days to process from the time they arrive at our head office. Please note that refunds may take several business days to be reflected on your credit card account, depending on your financial institution.
You did not receive any return label?
If you have not received a return label, we invite you to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number and stating that you would like to receive a return label.
Please note that returns by mail are for a refund only. We do not allow the exchange option once you have returned your package. If you wish to have a different size, please place a new online order or visit one of our stores to exchange for a new size.
You can, however, come to one of our boutiques to exchange your item for another size or another item of the same price. You have 10 days from the date of receipt of your package.
IN STORE (EXCHANGE ONLY)
If you wish to return merchandise in store, only an exchange can be made. We cannot issue refunds in store in any case. If you wish to receive a refund, your merchandise must be returned to our warehouse.
