Online Purchases Return Policy:

At Colori, our customers are our top priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following return policy carefully before returning any items purchased online.

Returns from Canada:

We accept returns from Canada for online purchases only. To initiate a return, use the Canada Post return label that was included with your order. Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order, and they must meet our return criteria and conditions. If the item meets our return criteria, we will provide a refund, but we do not offer exchanges for online purchases. If you wish to exchange the item for a different size, color, or item, please return the item and place a new order. Please note that a $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns from outside Canada:

Unfortunately, we do not support returns from outside Canada. Any returns made are at your expense, and they must meet our return criteria and conditions. If the item meets our return criteria, we will provide a refund, but we do not offer exchanges for online purchases. If you wish to exchange the item for a different size, color, or item, please return the item and place a new order.

Return Criteria and Conditions:

For all online purchases, the following return criteria and conditions must be met:

• The labels must still be attached to the garments.

• The garments have not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered.

• Items were returned within 10 days of receiving your order.

• The item is not a final sale.

• The item is not a non-refundable and non-exchangeable item.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

Certain items, such as

• Leotards

• Hats

• Socks

• Bralettes

• Jewelry

are non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Final Sale Items:

Any item identified as "Final Sale" in the item title is non-refundable.

Return Procedures:

For online purchases from Canada

1- Pack your items appropriately in a box or shipping bag, enclose the completed return document.

2- Affix the Canada Post shipping label provided to the package.

3- Drop off the package at a Canada Post site and keep the tracking receipt.

For online purchases from outside Canada

1- Pack your items properly in a box or shipping bag, enclose the completed return document.

2- Remove any other labels that may already be on the used package before applying the label of your chosen carrier. We do not accept returns for packages that require payment at delivery.

3- We cannot be held responsible for packages returned via a carrier that you have personally retained. In the event of a dispute, you must deal directly with the carrier concerned.

Processing Time:

Returns may take up to 10 business days to process from the time we receive the package. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account depending on your financial institution. All refunds are processed using the same payment method that was used during the initial transaction.

Didn't receive a return label?

If you did not receive a return label, we invite you to send an email to info@colori.ca with your order number and indicating that you would like to receive a return label.

Redeeming an Online Purchase in Store:

If you prefer, you may exchange an item purchased online in one of our stores at no charge, provided that the item meets our return criteria. However, purchases made online cannot be refunded in store.

• The labels must still be attached to the garments.

• Items were returned within 10 days of receiving your order.

• The item is not a final sale.

• The item is not a non-refundable and non-exchangeable item.
